Acupuncture Points and Meridians in the Horse (Book + 11 Charts) (2nd Rev. Ed.)
As acupuncture is growing in acceptance and in use, the authors get more and more certain about the reaction of their patients in needling certain points. On this second edition, they have been able to relate many of the traditional chinese points with the so-called transpositioned points. Whenever it was possible, first are written the traditional name in fat letters, then between brackets the counterpart human name for reference. For the shu points, first is written the human name between brackets, than the traditional name in fat letters. You will find at the end of the book : a legend with an explanation of the symbols used on the different maps, the correspondance between colors and meridians and the time when the QI is at its maximum in the different meridians; a list with the chinese name of the meridian, written in pin-yin alphabet; a table with the shu points. This atlas will be a usefull tool and a reference in your daily practice.
